Our new guidelines to keep our clients safe.

The following guidelines are to ensure that we all keep each other safe whilst you are at the salon. Our main priority is to make our clients feel at ease, and although it might feel like a very different experience to what you are used to when visiting, we are still carrying out our service with the same quality as always and warmly welcome you all back to Belle Cheveux!

 

  • Please arrive ON TIME for your appointment.

  • If you are late, we unfortunately WON’T be able to honour your appointment as it is crucial that we stick to schedule. Please ring the salon to rearrange.

  • If you are early, you might be asked to wait in your car, depending on numbers in the salon.

  • You will be required to use the hand sanitiser provided upon arrival.

  • We will only be able to serve drinks in disposable cups, which we will be asking clients to put in the bin when leaving the salon.

  • There will be NO magazines to reduce the risk of transmission of infection, however you CAN bring your own reading material.

  • Come to the salon ALONE. We are limited to how many people are allowed in the salon at one time.

  • Payments will be as usual. £50 and over for card, anything under is still cash.

  • There will be a screen at reception to keep you and ourselves safe whilst taking payment and making appointments.

  • You WILL have to wear a face mask to your appointment whilst the stylist is at your station. For example, you may remove your mask whilst your colour is taking and you are at the station alone. If you do not have one, you can buy one from the salon for £1.00

  • Please CANCEL your appointment if you OR a member of your household is unwell OR has symptoms of Covid-19 (cough, high fever, lack of taste/smell.)

 

  • Prices might be slightly higher if more product is used and/or a restyle is required.

 

  • The salon has been COMPLETELY disinfected and newly decorated, and will be cleaned throughout the day after each client.

 

  • Face shields and when required, masks, will be worn by staff to keep ourselves and our clients safe.

 

  • New gowns will be used on each client and washed at a high temperature.

 

  • INCREASED distancing of stations with a partition screen between to make clients feel at ease and safe in the salon.

 

  • ALL staff have participated in a Barbicide COVID-19 Hygiene course online covering safety and disinfecting the salon.
